We are a Residential Electrical Contracting and Integration Company seeking qualified Estimator/Project Manager for custom high-end residential projects.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
· Valid CA Driver’s License/Insurance
· Ability to read Blueprints
· Familiarity of San Diego County
· Prior experience in supervision of all facets of construction and jobsites
· Coordinate delivery of installation documents & drawings.
· Ordering all equipment & materials for the project.
· Coordinate delivery of equipment to the job site.
· Scheduling of labor for installation projects.
· Coordinate delivery of close-out documents.
· Procurement and verification of project schedules.
· Tracking of project RFI's, change orders and other pertinent documentation.
· Timely invoicing of projects.
· Monitoring the schedule for all projects and costs of materials and labor so that the projected targets and profit margins are hit.
· Estimator/Project Manager will work with Accounting Department to ensure that all project details are incorporated into job tracking system prior to the start of every job.
A qualified candidate will be a leader that is organized, self-starter and solutions driven with the ability to manage, train and motivate others. Applicant must be punctual, consistent in work output, a good listener and be able to respond well to constructive criticism.
